Very central. Friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast with a large selection of everything.

Good location, room, and comfort level. The curtains were effective in blocking out light and sound. The staff were friendly and accommodating (much appreciated since we became ill on our trip and couldn't spend long outside the room without tiring out, we were able to request our room to be cleaned during a short time window). The shops located right outside the hotel are very nice and convenient (special shoutout to Cafe DEN for keeping me caffeinated through the week). Good proximity to metro and bus lines, particularly to IRAP and Cite de l'Espace.

Very well located, close to many shops, restaurants and attractions of Toulouse Old Town. Family friendly. Small but relaxed rooftop swimming pool bar. Friendly staff who helped me resolve a misunderstanding at check-out Fitness centre on 7th floor

The room was very comfortable for our one night stay we had an upgrade to a king size bed. It was great location to the main city when wanting to go and visit local restaurants and bars. The swimming pool was really easy to access and was a good size pool, great location, a really good sunspot and bar area. The room had a really good bathroom with a large shower. The hotel had a really good and well designed lobby area which had spaces for children adults and for playing pool.. the car park was accessible from a lift.
